A personal note

Why I built Langwhich

I'm Swedish and I've lived in Spain for many years. Like a lot of people, I've tried one language app after another to improve my Spanish. I would use them for a while, then lose interest. The exercises simply weren't about things I cared about.

That made me think: why shouldn't language learning start with something you actually want to read, understand and talk about?

That idea became Langwhich. Choose a topic that interests you or read real news, get the text adapted to your level, understand difficult words instantly, test what you remember and then discuss what you've read with an AI tutor.

For me, that changed the experience completely. Instead of feeling like I was studying Spanish, I was actually using Spanish — to learn about things I was interested in.
