You can permanently delete your Langwhich account and personal learning data from inside the app.
If you can sign in
- Sign in to Langwhich.
- Open Edit account.
- Select Delete my account.
- Read the confirmation, tick the acknowledgement box, and confirm deletion.

What is deleted
Your profile and sign-in credentials, stories and news texts, saved words and vocabulary details, practice history, quiz results, progress and level history, AI explanations and usage records, discussion evaluations, personal news sources, credits history, and account-linked support content are deleted.
Limited information we may retain
Completed payment transaction facts may be retained when necessary for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or legal obligations, but are disconnected from the deleted Langwhich account. Anonymous placement-test statistics may remain after account, browser, and detailed answer links are removed.
If you cannot sign in
Use our contact form and send the request from the email address registered to your Langwhich account. Choose Contact and state that you want your account deleted. Escape Systems SL will verify account ownership before processing the request. Sending the form does not delete the account automatically.
